0.4mm-3mm Max. edge thickness cap, 8mm-40mm panel thickness cap when edgebanding 3 mm PVC, max thickness is 30mm. Automatic feed of coil banding and semi-automatic strip fed magazine (strips 1-3 mm max.) with 3 mm PVC cap.
Teflon coated glue pot w/fast (10-12)min heat-up time. Guillotine unit to cut edgebanding in coils up to 2 mm thick. Single End Trimming Saw unit using 0.5HP. High frequency motor moves on prismatic guides to guarantee high precisoin and reliability.
Cutting movement from the top of the panel is synchronized by the PLC control, adjustable copier prevents chipping. Top & bottom High Frequency Trim station (0.5 HP - 12,000 RPM HF motors). Unit features - adjustable copying on vertical & horizontal floating movements, adjustable cutting position by mechanical digital indicator, quick release (electrical & mechanical).
Includes (2) 3 mm radius cutters. 0.35 HP Feed drive for a feed rate of 26 FPM; feed chain with rubberized surface of pads. Sound enclosure protects the operator from noise and debris. Special design track frame to eliminate feed chain side-to-side movement after years of use. Rubberized hold-down rollers with ball bearings for low friction and long life.
