The correct speed and an accurately set tool are a pre-requisite for an optimum moulding result without the necessity of subsequent finishing work. The Scheppach HF3000 gives you the choice of three speeds-the chosen rate is indicated on an electronic display. The adjustable fences have settings to within 1/10th of a millimetre. The spindle height adjustment also has a fine setting facility. If required, you can attach an optional sliding table carriage with clamping and tenon-cutting device (also retro-fittable). With the corresponding cutters fitted, the standard forward and reverse drive allows guiding the workpiece above the cutter tool, thus increasing working safety. Another safety feature is the standard motor brake. Cast iron table plate, height adjustable moulding spindle with clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation, moulding fence with individually adjustable fence rails, overhead roller guard, exchange-able table insert ring, electrical rpm indicator, and suction connector.
