CLM Series Hot Air Generator

Heat output ranges from 12800kcal/h to 199000Kcal/h and weight ranges from 280Kg to 550Kg, minimum height 1400mm - maximum height 2100mm depending upon model.

A very high thermal efficiency rating is the thing that marks the CLM model generator better than all the rest. The internal shell is built of high temperature resistant steel with the addition of refractory (reflective) material. By putting these together a combustible chamber is created with very high thermal power.

The external casing is made of galvanised carbon plate panels, allowing a perfect seal for hot air recirculation. A painted option is also available. The feed entry has big accessible doors for inserting combustible material positioned at the front of the generator.

The combustible cycle is controlled by an automatic thermostat for regulating the temperature output. At its base there is an extractable pan to collect and remove ash.

The eco-gas system is extremely efficient, as it allows recycling of the first combustion smoke, then re-conveying it (by means of a fan) into the combustion chamber again. At the same time, the combustion flame automatically adjusts if non-dried wood is used.

Feed Options:-

An automatic feed with a screw conveyor for small size solid fuels, such as small wood shavings, sawdust, pellets etc, or a conveyor belt for medium sized solid fuel e.g, cut wood, pressed blocks or larger wood shavings.
