We not only supply individual machines to a large number of customers from the individual just starting out in business to the large multi national PLC's but also can offer a full managed re equip installation service
From an initial consultation and assessment regarding the requirements from each item,being totally independent we can advise and offer what we believe to be the machine best suited for the application even if it does not form part of our standard machinery portfolio
A proposal would then be made regarding the supply of the equipment.
For contracts won,we would liase closely with an appointed person regarding delivery schedules and would organise the new equipment to be delivered at a specific time which would include the offloading and positioning.
After services have been connected to the machines, we would then commence the commissioning process which will include full operator training on the correct and safe use of every machine
We believe that part of our job is to make the transition of a capital investment run as smooth as possible with the least disruption as whilst allowing you, the customer,to concentrate on the running of your business whilst also having the peace of mind that we are working on your behalf.
With typical projects running in excess of £100,000,we believe we can not only offer a complete managed supply and installation service but having a national network of installation engineers, we can offer regional service and maintenance contracts to complete any investment
