Firstly, we cannot emphasise enough that our priority is to protect the well-being of our staff, customers, suppliers and the general public and we have therefore decided to take further measures to reduce the possible spread of Covid-19 virus.
As this is a virus that is spread from human to human, we have decided that all staff will commence working from home as of Tuesday 24th March.
Our premises will therefore be closed and open for sales by appointment only. All collections and deliveries MUST be booked and arranged to allow loading and offloading. We will of course continue to support all our customers and guidelines permitting, we will be able to send out spare parts if required.
Again, guidelines permitting we will still be able to provide on site service/breakdown visits although the engineer's will reserve the right to refuse attendance given the current situation and if they do attend, they will request all customers adhere to Government Guidelines regarding social distancing and the provision of adequate washing facilities etc.
It is of course important to note that like many businesses, we are evolving in the way we work due to the current situation and just like a lot of businesses it is important to note that we are all in this together and we are still open for business for both sales and support.
