AES Extreme Ultra Line Machine
The AES Extreme Ultra series of heavy duty, high speed nesting machines are available as 'stand alone' machines or as fully automatic through feed 'Line' machines.
When supplied as a Line machine, the lift table can hold up to 25 x 18mm sheets of board, as an option can be squared and automatically labelled prior to being loaded onto the bed of the CNC. After drilling and nesting, the nested sheet is pushed onto an exit coveyorwhilst another board is being loaded and the spoil board is being cleaned.
This automatic loading, offloading and spoil board cleaning saves many operator hours and improves productivity.
All machines complete with;
- ISAC CONTROL UNIT (STANDARD)
- 32 Axis servo control capacity
- 1 spindle control
- Remote I/O with additional 256 input / output
- Windows Based Operating System
- 21” TFT colored LCD screen
- Integrated ethernet
- Pulse or servo control voltage
- Easy montage quick set-up
- Automatic corner slowdown function (G09)
- Optional remote monitoring function
Alphacam CAD/CAM
Alphacam is a full-featured, easy to use CAD/CAM solution for manufacturers desired fast, efficient toolpaths and the generation of reliable, machine ready CNC code. Program provides you with the complete machining capabilities to manufacture anything from simple 2 Axis parts though to complex 5 Axis components.
• Nesting Solution
• 3D Engraving and Routing Applications
• Aggregate and Boring Unit Support
• Extensive Usage Area With Additional Modules
All AES Extreme Ultra Line machines have the following advantages;
1) There is less handling required by the operator
2) Reduces the need for a second person to load and unload the machine.
3) The machine becomes fully automated allowing the operator to perform other tasks, for example offloading from the conveyor or feeding an edge bander.
4) The machine will become even more efficient removing the complete nested sheet in one operation,cleaning the bed and then automatically loading the next.
5) Easy to justify the additional cost against the need for an additional operator and the increased productivity of the machine.
