Constant passline machines (it is the sanding group that raises and lowers to the desired thickness) with a standard working height 3-200mm and available in working widths of 1100, 1350 and 1600mm
 
The twin belt machines can be supplied with any of the following head configurations;
 
Roller and standard sanding pad for joinery
Roller and electronic sanding pad for joinery and veneers
Roller and electronic sanding pad and lacquer options for solid wood, veneers and lacquer.
Roller and Combi unit with standard sanding pad for joinery
Roller and Combi with electronic pad for joinery and veneers
Roller and Combi with electronic pad and lacquer options for solid wood, veneers and lacquer.
Combi incorporating an electronic sanding pad followed by an electronic sanding pad for joinery, veneers and lacquer.
 
At least one of the sanding heads is positioned at an oblique angle (usually the last one).
 
Popular additional options are the extra support tables at the infeed and out feed along with a structure brush to give a wider range of surface finishes.
